1 General Provisions

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on Xvajee are governed by the following policies:

Deposit: Deposits can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method. Xvajee does not charge any deposit fees.

Withdraw: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Additional identity verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Xvajee reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering policy is mandatory.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Xvajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting.

General rules regarding bonuses:

• Each user may claim each bonus offer once only.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Xvajee platform:

• Depositing via money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing the bonus system.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Xvajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where sufficient evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• For security review purposes.

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to a breach of terms and conditions.
